This waxy balm also completely calmed my shoulders and upper back after a day spent hunched over my computer.

I used the ICE JAM’s (nightly) and the Spirit Smudge (morning) when I broke my finger 3 weeks ago and never experienced any bruising. It looked like a few times it was going to form a bruise but then the next day it would be normal color again.
I would completely recommend this product especially for breaks and sprains healing 🙂

Was surprised when the lady at the shop said a little goes a long way.
Athabasca Ice Jam isn’t greasy and provides quick, warming relief that a lot of the other muscle rubs fall short on.
